Competence centre generator

The variety of ongoing and planned projects of the company is the natural generator of qualities and competences for "Euro-Varna" Ltd. With every single project approach we have gained by the resolution and achievement of critical, but fruitful enterprise solutions. The Learning by Doing processing on the market in a selected variety of entrepreneurship project has guaranteed a stable competence generation process for every member team.

Ongoing projects

These are dominated by pure handling incoming tourists’ services and F&B initiatives that enabled us to become a skilled and stable new market enterprise and prepared "Euro-Varna" for the next generation company development. Since the beginning of the nineties the company is known for its loyalty and discipline throughout the Bulgarian travel and hotel industry branch. The company is a member and co-founder of several Travel & Tourism branch associations.

Working with our partner from Kuwait, the tourist company GHD, Orient Plus in Lebanon, Dolphin Parandeh in Iran etc. we have succeeded in establishing a specialized niche player, with a strong multi-cultural orientation. The outgoing concept is to be relaunched.

The F&B branch where we have experienced the start up of one of the first private owned cafés Dalia, the management of the 4-star “Euro” restaurant and the private ownership of “Tip Top” restaurant and “Laguna beach” camping resort in the last 20 years made us learn the qualities of the branch and shaped up our enterprise management competences.

New century projects

Due to the newly acquired educational and management competences and skills of members of the team, "Euro-Varna" is already able to diversify the own service portfolio, upgrade the service efforts and last but not least to extend its geographic scope of services and partnerships.

A breakthrough in the new market segments was achieved in 2008 starting the exclusive partnership with Service 24 Austria, member of the Europe Net branch organization.

Besides, "Euro-Varna" has consulted the third largest automobile club in Germany, the K.S. Group together with the affiliate Legal Expenses Insurer Auxilia. The planned expansion was not realized, but has developed the foundation of a planned Automobile Club concept.

The initiatives were followed by the closing of an authorized dealership for Nanoprotect Ltd. in Germany and the start up of the nanotechnology company Nanoprotect Bulgaria Ltd.

In the middle of 2009 first contacts were established with Loss Adjusting organizations from Germany for covering local survey services in Bulgaria and on the Balkans and extending the local insurance initative.

Planned projects

The company is entering the market of Human Resources recruitment and the international placement of qualified and skilled personnel in the F&B and hotel management branch by combining the HR consultancy know how, the German language training competences, Insurance services and the Travel infrastructure.

In addition a Travel Management Advisory concept is starting aligning the quality assurance competences for external Travel service providers and the quality interests of potential company customers. A drain of outsourcing services is logically to be implemented.

The foundation of an Insurance and SAP for Insurance and Insurance Academy is being checked and a Due Diligence for a market concept was empowered.

A large scale Fast Food chain and Microbrewery programs are being developed and analyzed. For each there is a proof of concept running. Programs launch is to be initiated in the beginning of 2012.

All the planned concepts are to be primarily supported by the management consultancy background of team members with extensive M&A and financial solutions know how and experience.
